Wow, those are some big title words! :) Christmas market in German is Weihnachtsmarkt. Burglengenfeld is a small town about an hour from Vilseck, with its own castle (burg, in German). There was a Christmas market there only for a couple days so we decided to check it out, while Esther was still here with us.

A neat little exhibit of St. Hildegard of Bingen. She is known for her studies and heavenly insight into nearly all plant life, their properties, and their effects on the human body and soul.
A garden is planted here with a variety of the plants she studied.
